- Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for returns or refunds.

- Any approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures.

- 4 days or more before arrival: 30% of the total billing amount will be retained.

Reservations & Payment
All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit/debit card. Payment is required at check-in or as per the rate policy chosen at the time of booking. Cancellations and modifications are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time is from 10:30 AM, and check-out time is 09:30 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests must provide valid identification upon check-in. The hotel is a smoke-free property. Smoking in rooms or public areas will result in a penalty charge. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
Hotel Policies
Pets are not allowed unless specified in a special booking. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum to ensure the comfort of all guests. The hotel is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
